Heart Works
I had open heart surgery in 2012 to replace my aortic valve with a pig valve. It was a slow recovery. I exorcised my anxieties by doing art concerned with the heart. In one large drawing the Pig has come back for it's valve. The eyes of the suicide king are collaged from a picture of the man who shot up a theater in Colorado and proclaimed himself the Joker.
